Once an order is placed the customer accepts the responsibility for the freight charges if the driver is unable to deliver the unit because they cannot drop a container at customer location. Our drivers are the experts and have the final say so when dropping a container. They do this on a daily basis and if they feel it is unsafe or inaccessible you will need to have a secondary spot picked out. Once an order is processed and payment is received any cancelled order will be charged a $300 cancellation/restock fee. Customer refunds are processed within 2 days of cancellation date.
