DELIVERY INFORMATION
How is this huge steel box unloaded off of a truck and into the spot I pick out for it?
We only use tilt/roll off trailers that do not require any help from the customer. We will not cheap out on a delivery and expect you to allow us to hook this big box up to your tree, truck, tractor, or any other piece of your property to pull it off of a trailer only to have it shake the city when it falls off of a trailer. It is done professionally and safely.

How much space is needed to unload my container?

To unload a 20' container the driver will need at least 100' in a straight line from where you want the back of the container to sit. For a 40' container, we need at least 120'. Another thing to consider is this truck has to be able to get in and out of the space you want the container. Your desired spot needs to be easily accessible for a large truck and 40' trailer. Always have a back up location incase the driver does not feel he can get the container in your first location.

Site preperation

Your site needs to be prepared before the driver arrives. Ground needs to be level, clear of debris, and ready for a truck to enter the location to drop the container. If its not ready the driver may charge you for wait time. A delivery should take no longer than 20 minutes.

Location

When choosing a place to put your container take into consideration tight winding roads, trees, barns, structures, rocks, soft ground, etc could affect delivery. If the truck gets stuck things could get expensive quickly. If it has recently rained and you think a driver may get stuck rescheduling delivery is always the best option.

Purchaser needs to be on site when the container is delivered.

You must be present when the container is scheduled to be delivered to let the driver know where you want the container to be placed.
